The choir will sing the Commonwealth Song, and other favourites, at Landguard Fort when Felixstowe Town Council hosts the lighting of the Jubilee Beacon. Especially composed for the occasion, choirs of all types plan to sing the same especially composed song 'A Life Lived with Grace', at their own countries’ celebrations of the Platinum Jubilee. The beacon will be lit at 9.40pm. The choir will be part of the musical entertainment from 8pm.
